Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Mobility Programme — 2026–2027: Applications Now Open

Zamzam University of Science and Technology (ZUST) is pleased to formally announce the opening of applications for the Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Mobility Programme, available to eligible academic and administrative staff for the 2026–2027 cycle.

This call is administered under Project Number: 2025-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000321796 | Erasmus Code: TR KIRSEHİ01, in partnership with Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Turkey. Selected staff will undertake a structured training mobility placement at the partner institution, fully funded under the European Union’s Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility framework.

Institutional Context

This mobility call is grounded in the bilateral cooperation agreement formally established between ZUST and Kırşehir Ahi Evran University (Erasmus Code: TR KIRSEHİ01) under a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU commits both institutions to sustained collaboration across academic exchange, postgraduate development, and institutional capacity building. The Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Mobility Programme represents a direct operationalisation of that commitment.

Eligibility

The programme is open to full-time academic and administrative staff of Zamzam University of Science and Technology who meet the eligibility criteria established under the Erasmus+ KA171 framework. Applicants must be currently employed at ZUST and able to undertake the mobility placement within the designated programme period.

Selection will be conducted transparently and on merit, in accordance with the standards of the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme.

Eligible staff are invited to complete the ZUST Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Mobility Application Form before the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered for the selection process.
