Introduction

The Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to lead, manage, and improve public sector institutions both in Somalia and globally. The program focuses on governance, policy development, and public service delivery, preparing graduates to contribute effectively to national development. It addresses key challenges such as state-building, decentralization, and institutional development while also exposing students to global best practices in public administration. Graduates are prepared to work in government, NGOs, and international organizations.
