Call for Applications – Erasmus+ KA171 Student Mobility to Düzce University
As part of the Erasmus+ KA171 programme, Zamzam University of Science and Technology is pleased to announce a call for applications for a student learning mobility opportunity at Düzce University (Türkiye). The mobility is open to students in the Department of Agriculture and offers a five-month exchange period, with a minimum of 150 days required to qualify for full grant support. A total of four places are available.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Enrolled as an Agriculture student for the 2026/2027 academic year
  • Open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students
  • Minimum academic GPA of 2.50/4.00 (or equivalent) recommended
  • English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level

Required Documents

  • Proof of enrolment for the 2026/2027 academic year
  • Curriculum Vitae (in English)
  • Motivation letter outlining the objectives of the mobility (in English)
  • English language proficiency certificate (minimum B2)

Inclusion Support

Additional financial and logistical support is available to students facing barriers to participation, including:

  • Disabilities — physical, sensory, or learning disabilities
  • Health conditions — chronic, psychological, or mental health conditions
  • Educational barriers — early school leavers, low-qualified adults
  • Cultural differences — immigrants, refugees, minorities, sign language users, or those facing linguistic or cultural adaptation challenges
  • Social barriers — low social competence, single parents, orphans, students from institutional care, first-generation higher education students, or those with a criminal or addiction recovery background
  • Economic barriers — low-income or working students, social assistance beneficiaries, unemployed individuals, or those facing financial hardship
  • Geographical barriers — students residing in remote, rural, or under-served areas

Evaluation and Selection Process

Applications will be reviewed by a legally established selection committee based on the following criteria:
